Returns or Exchanges All of us at O2 Cosmetics want our customers to be 100% satisfied! Whether you use our products for personal use or in your business we know how important it is to provide quality products and service. Refunds, credits or exchanges are offered for up to 30 days from purchase date. All items must be returned to O2 Cosmetics within 30 days from purchase date. Returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase. All credits exchanges or refunds will be issued at the discretion of O2 Cosmetics, Inc. Compressors and Airbrushes are warranted for 90 days from purchase date. O2 Cosmetics, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping charges. Sales are considered final on any opened product of 8 ounces or more. Please email custsomerservice@o2cosmetics.com prior to returning any product and include a brief description for the reason for the return.
